John Brock is the Principal Technical Director for General Dynamics Information Technology and serves as technical expert on commercial and young driver performance, drug and alcohol abuse prevention programs, training development and design, and various aspects of computer and simulator based instruction.  A human factors specialist, he has extensive experience young driver attitudes toward safety and driver education. Brock is a former Navy officer, civilian research scientist at the Navy Personnel Research and Development Center, Research Manager for the Honeywell Systems and Research Center and Vice President of InterScience America, Milestone Group, and Anteon Corporation. Brock is an adjunct professor in the Organizational Sciences department of George Washington University and led research programs in young driver training for the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).  He is currently conducting research into commercial driver training and the human performance components of commercial tank truck rollovers.
